What sites are eligible for Publisher Mail?

Publisher Mail is available to websites with a large and dedicated US (United States) only audience. If you do not have a large and US only audience, you can sign up for one of our ad-free paid email services.

How long is the contract, what are the Terms and Conditions?

There is no time limit for the use of Publisher Mail. Please refer to our service agreement.

Once approved, how long will it take me to get the service up and running?

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an automated email message with login and password information to our online administration tool. To launch the service, all that is required is a simple MX record change to your DNS file. After the mail exchange (MX) record change has been confirmed on our system, your email service is live.

Is it really "unlimited" email accounts?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of accounts you can provide through your website.

What happens to my administrative email addresses that I already have for my website?

Once the MX record has been changed for your domain, all email sent to that domain will be routed to our servers. You will want to create the same accounts on our system to ensure a seamless transition.

I want to switch from my current email service provider to Publisher Mail. Can you help migrate my members?

Yes. Our support experts can help you migrate your members from an existing email solution to Publisher Mail. Our migration process seamlessly transfers all your members' account information, so they will not experience any service disruptions.

How do you protect my members against spam?

Everyone.net takes spam protection seriously. We provide multiple layers of spam protection for your members. Our sophisticated SpamShield service filters out email from known spammers, directory harvest attacks, and also rejects bogus returned messages, so they never reach your members' Inbox.
 
We have a strict anti-spam policy and reserve the right to disable accounts used to send spam. Once the account has been disabled, you can delete it through the Control Center.
